Toyota Estima Inverter Teardown & Inspection

Hi everyone,

Let's thank our forum member Vjkomix for sharing pictures of a Toyota Estima Inverter teardown & inspection. The inverter part # is G92A0-28010.

The nice thing about this car, it has 2 x powertrains:
A) one very similar to Prius Gen3 inverters and
B) an additional 3rd inverter to drive MG3 (rear axle motor).

The whole assembly upside down compared to how it is fitted on the car:

LV I/O connectors: 2x7 pins + 4x10 pins + 4 pins
LV I/O connectors: 2x7 pins + 4x10 pins + 4 pins
DC out connectors to 12V DC-DC out, AC pump, 3rd inverter (order to be determined).
DC out connectors to 12V DC-DC out, AC pump, 3rd inverter (order to be determined).
Fuse on the other side of the DC out connectors

oooh I'd love to get one of these, 2 inverters for each the front wheels and rear wheels for AWD EV plus the 3rd one for charging

If ur going to use this i would replace the thermal paste .

I have a how to on here for camry which will help from were u are now

Hi pleasant good day
Can anyone say if their is a method of controlling this inverter assembly their is one available in my area atm with the Transaxle but I'm not finding enough information

Can this be controlled via zombie verter
Or a logic board..
