Hybrid to EV

Hi everyone, new to the world of EV and looking for information please.
Recently bought a Toyota Estima hybrid AHR20 and it set me to wondering. Having seen the results with a Lexus transmission, how feasible is it to convert this car to a full EV?
I'm learning all the time but haven't really got my head round it properly. Can I use the existing inverter? It would be ever so convenient, especially as the car has a motor on the rear axle as well. What about the existing cooling system? There's 2 on the car, one for the engine, the other for the electrics.

If I'm going to do this, I will source another car to convert. Not going into the specifics right now, just wondering what's possible.

On my EV one cooling system seems to be enough to cool down inverter, DCDC, motor and charger in that order. I do have a temp sensor behind motor outlet which should warn me if temp would go above 60deg. As of yet it never had.
Webasto diesel heater i use needs to be on different loop because its nominal temp is more like 80degC.
