How was it damaged? How was your mating connector okay? Pictures would really help everyone.

Hi there, maiks wrote: ↑Thu Dec 19, 2024 5:44 pm yes I connected it like that.
I have spent the entire day trying to fix it but still it has not worked, i opened the pdm top cover to confirm if 12v is reaching
Here are my connection details
Connection Details:
CAN Bus Connections:
PDM and Inverter VCU can connection:
Green wire (CAN H) → VCU CAN Ext 2 H
Blue wire (CAN L) → VCU CAN Ext 2 L
ISA Shunt CAN connection to VCU:
CAN H→VCU CAN Ext 2 H
CAN L→ VCU CAN Ext 2 L
ISA Shunt to VCU:
Power Supply Connections:
Permanent +12V:
Red wire from leaf harness → Connected to permanent +12V
Dark Green wire from leaf harness → Connected to permanent +12V
Switched +12V:
Purple wire from leaf harness → Connected to switched +12V
Light Green wire from leaf harness → Connected to switched +12V
EV Relay Connections (4-pin relay):
Pin 1 → Connected to permanent +12V
Pin 2 → Connected to permanent +12V
Pin 3 → Connected to VCU's Inverter Power LS switch (for control)
Pin 4 → Provides switched +12V
Not sure which version Leafstack you have but you may have your Can High and Can Low back to front. I have a 2014 Leafstack and on mine the Green wire is Can Low, and the Blue wire is Can High. Also, I will check the wiring colours of the permanant and switched supplies to the PDM & Inverter on mine tomorrow, but from memory what you have sounds correct. Once I send the “start” signal to my Zombie the DC to DC coverter fires up and i get approx 14.2 Volts on my 12 volt battery. Also, i recently updated my Zombie from version 2.17 to 2.20 to get the onboard charger working. ( it now does!). As it also supports the original Leaf battery pack it has allowed me to remove the ISA shunt
Re: Leaf DC-DC Not Working with Zombiverter
Apologies for the delayed response; I’ve been on holiday.
After performing CAN logging, I discovered that the PDM wasn’t communicating. I opened the PDM and found that the voltage wasn't reaching it. I traced the wiring and created a bypass, as mentioned earlier. The bypass was connected to the female connector, as shown in the attached "open_pdm.jpg."
I apologize for not taking more clear images that would better show the bypass setup.
