That is great What is range of voltage and current that you can adjust ?
As I can see voltage is adjustable from 50 up to 420v and current 0-72A ?
Is that correct ?

great questions, and I hate to do this to you but my I bought a Tesla Model S Gen 2 Charger - Now What? thread over on the DIY Electric Car (mea culpa) forum ought to answer that (direct link to that page provided), whilst curing your insomnia, there is also a great write up over on our Wiki Tesla Model S/X GEN2 Charger

this is what comes to mind when people ask me why did I pick this truck for my EV Conversion and try to tell me how it is not aero dynamic and too heavy (for the record I did not go out a seek a 1971 Chevy truck, I already had it, and since I had like three trucks in my fleet already and was tired of doing LS Swaps, I just used the one that a dear friend sold to me and I did not have the heart to let it go)
it seems like they will bolt up and weld on all sorts of crap on their ICE powered trucks (as physics don't apply to them?!) but when it comes to building an electric all of a sudden everything has to be aircraft space age unobtainium quality
please comment and let me know if you all agree or disagree

I mean, I built my '40 Chevy because I wanted to. I wanted an EV race car, I have a family connection to that body style, and I found one cheap.
I do find that a decent amount of the objections I hear from other hot rodders are based in absolutely terrible marketing and tuning decisions by OEMs building EVs.
If I hear one more "but EVs are just appliances, electric swapping takes out the soul and character" I'm going to lose it. Yes, Priuses and Teslas are soulless appliances, but I dare anyone to attempt to drive my Tesla powered '40 for more than five minutes and tell me it's not just as much of a temperamental b!#$h as their ICE hot rod.

so then it was on to the high voltage side of the Tesla Model S Gen 2 charger, and I found this was the simplest way to power up one power module

and although not exactly OSHA approved for testing this would supply 120 volts AC from the standard 15 amp US outlet to all three power modules

a little experiment
Nicely done.
Your experinent proves N times voltage will spin the motor N times faster. That applies to Volt Hz control.
But since in the car we want torque control, your experiment lacks the counter torque application. Say a disk brake or another motor on the shaft in regen...
When wheels are up my Leaf motor under torque control would spin up as far as my inverter would allow it.
Therefore voltage only applies to maxspeed parameter all else are subject to amps.
On the other hand mechanical power is dependent on RPMspeed x torque. As well electrical power is directly proportional to Volts x Amps with a nominal %...

so I had a strange thought since I am converting a Chevy truck, what if I was to stay within the GM ecosystem and use some Chevy Volt parts? hmmm

Captain's Log: March 2022 B.C. [Before Conversion]
commencing operation March Madness (aka a simple 4 step EV Conversion)
Step 1. Remove hood

Step 2. deICE
in this step we liberate any and all systems pertaining to the Internal Combustion Engine
here we removed the exastulators and weighed them for those on a strict diet
Note: we included the Ram Horn exhaust manifolds for a complete exhaust system
Total Weight: 71 el bee eses

next we removed the Pavement Lubrication System aka SBC
Note: it broked the scale, which only goes up to 660 lbs

this left an empty engine bay cavity, which I am telling myself repeatedly:
you will not strip
you will not clean
you will not paint
as this is an Electrification and not a Restoration

we went after the fuel tankulator next, and for that we had to remove them buckets, which gots ta go to the upholsterererer anyways
I think that's a 16 gallon tank, any guesses how many Home Depot 5 gallon buckets it took to drain it?
We also weighed the tank: it came in at 35.0 lbsers dry as a bone

so what is that? 71 + EE + 35 = 100 or so and since the scale craps out at 660 lbs we are talking about North of 7 fiddy
don't forget that The Greg drained all the fluids, and a 16 gallon fuel tank alone would add 16x7 = just over 100 pounds

Seems like 10x the power per volume
Why am I always too lazy to weigh stuff that goes out and in?

No kidding. My 1st conversion was very well documented and everything was weighed (in and out). I decided I didn't need any of that headache this time around. I have a rough idea of how much everything I took out weighs, and a rough idea of everything I'm putting in. And just some update photos for Instagram. Much less fuss, but what you're doing is great for people to use as a learning tool. Keep up the good work.
