Does anyone recognise this plug/standard for inverter? Or the inverter as a whole ?

Electric subframe I'm trying to get started has a 23 pin plug for control, before I start poking (and letting the magic smoke out) does anyone have any guesses. Or a process to work through to determine what the pins do? Unfortunately documentation is not forthcoming!
