Leaf BMS used with other cells
Does the leaf bms keep track of battery capacity. If my battery chemistry and pack voltage is the same as factory will it be able to do a 100kWh instead of the 24kWh it came with?

I think you’ll find the BMS is programmed to match the physical capacity. In my build, at one point, I had a 40kWh BMS with 60kWh battery.
