Contrary to my critics ,I actually got the car to turn on and go into drive and reverse!! The problem was an incorrect connection at the C3133 drive motor connector which prevented the HSCAN FD from connecting . There are still problems but, not I can actually move the car and I can get scan data .Who. Hooooo!

You never mentioned you modified that connection, you said the wiring loom was untouched. Then you said oh I removed modules. Then you said you removed the wiring for the removed modules.
Getting all the faults resolved will be a very big hill stil, possibly not even possible without dealer level software. Getting it moving in limp mode is a small victory, but clearly one that you delayed with your own actions.

Yes, but he was eventually able to resolve some of the issues. We all made/make dumb mistakes when getting into this stuff, no need to harp on them. We also don't know what we don't know; it's a learning process. There's nothing more discouraging than reaching out for help and getting slapped for it.

My issue is with the lack of clarity in communication not the fact he did something. The fact he did not make it clear he did something.
Note the amount of messages before he discloses the fact he removed modules and modified the loom.
And, hopefully, he knows now that is the sort of thing we need to know earlier. Note my early posts repeatedly asking for more information. This is what I mean by "don't know what we don't know." Isn't it better to assume that he didn't realize how important that was, and now does?
Note, Falcemach1, this doesn't change my repeated assertion that getting us CAN data logs rather than waveforms will help us help you.

I have seen more hopeless candidates here. At least he seems to have cleared the mechanical hurdles without any problems. With the procedures suggested here, the rest should also be manageable with sufficient willpower. I would also like to see a few more photos of the car, especially of course the installation of the mach-e components.
[[/img]I did not modify the connection. I had to remove the big bulky connector to feed the wiring harness through a small hole . Although I reinstalled the wires in their correct order in the connector, the wires in the center of the connector accidentally got shifted by one wiire to the side. Oh ! How to post pictures?
