Does anybody know what connector is used for the Tesla honk?
Inside dims 11x12 mm. 5.5 mm between pins. The pins are flat, not round.

I can confirm that this part is really appropriate for installation in an EV. I just got one for Mazda for cooling system. Radiator will come packed in a box. There are two 32mm main outlets for coolant and a small 8mm outlet for deairing. Additionaly there is another hole in this radiator. Thread is M22x1.5. It is located between the main outlets and its purpose is to house thermostat. This needs to be plugged for radiator to be functional. I had another radiator which was rotten and i simply removed thermostat from that one.
Now to help with radiator mounting i made a simple 40mm channel from sheet aluminum so radiator sits inside it and to define the third mounting point is a large circular plastic fitting on the right side which i used to anchor radiator to the chassis.
Additionaly i used a simple sheet metal strip and fold it to effect a support for radiator from the top. You need to wrap the metal so it wont damage radiator fins under vibration.
For active cooling while charging (immovable car) i fitted a 80W 250mm fan i bought from aliexpress. https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005005 ... Sh62T8WAGA
To mount this fan i used simple plastic ties with springs through the radiator fins. It is surprisingly easy.

I tested by applying coolant in the tubes and ran the pump. System is tight and running.

I use 2 of them, the upper one for the motor and charger, the lower one just for the battery. I attached it to the three holes where the fan was originally attached.

Depending on where you buy that fiat radiator some come with a blanking plug in that m22 hole which is nice

I know this is not a part for a car, but this solar inverter is enough interest for us. I have it about 3 years and very happy. It is an all in one, solar inverter for the house, but also a charger for our car. Its uniqueness is that it supports any battery up to 550v, so you can charge your battery up to 66A or 6Kw and you can choose whether it is charged only with energy from panels or also with energy from the network. For example, in a 400V lithium battery, it would be charged at 15A maximum.

500A, 900vdc contactors with built in economizers, from EV battery modules, are only $12.50. I'm probably going to buy a bunch just for accessories. Just dirt cheap:
