I had a pair of contactors, Tesla ones, one welded one didn't.
The unwelded one appeared to measure fine when closed but under load it was higher resistance. So replaced both now.

So on to the cool photos of the inverter igbts

So since the new inverter I've been having intermittent issues where there's no torque from the motor, it's able to spin in neutral but not enough to move the car without cutting out. It happened extremely intermittently, but over the last few days it's being happening daily. I get stuck at the side of the road for 10-15 min just restarting and trying again, until 1 time it is able to move the car off and then it works perfectly until turned off again.

It's a difficult one to explain, the motor sounds bad when it's spinning in neutral. The il1 and il2 currents read sensibly, the udc is fine so contactors aren't opening. Potnom is plotting fine. Maybe one of the phase's is intermittently failing?

Yes most likely connection problem. Resolver, current sensors or PWM channels. A web UI screenshot in failed state would help
