Guys in need of some help is300h

Post by Nobby »

Trying to get my motor running but seem to keep running into a problem. I can not get it to rotate nicely it keeps banging all most like it’s in park, the flange bangs but doesn’t rotate. I’ve gone through wiring a few times now and setting a in the web page for zombie but am at a loss as to where I’m going wrong. I’ll put some pics up of settings but can’t load a video. Any help would be greatly appreciated at I’m at a loss.

download the settings and share them here please. Also go to the latest firmware as you are having the known tmphs issue, due to faulty reading of the value.

Possibly this is not yet rolled into the latest release.

if you plot tmphs and try spinning it you should see it jumping high.

Also why you trying to run it at such low voltage?

Only bench testing for now but I thought 60 volt psu was fine for testing as I’ve seen Damien and a couple others testing on 60 volts. I’m not ready yet to fit gearbox to car and get going on conversion so not shelled out for HV battery’s yet. I’m new to in-depth pc stuff so might need a bit of help with regards to downloading on to here. It’s took me a few hours to suss out getting videos downloaded.lol but willing to learn
