Don't know why gdb is launched.
The update screen indicates that the file system (spifs) is missing

Maybe one last try before appying 400V to the ESP ( :-D )
I used arduino IDE to flash all the things, this is a little bit complicated, but I found a way. Described here: https://github.com/jsphuebner/esp32-web ... n_notes.md
