The Bosch 180/120 is rated at 12,000 rpm according to https://www.greencarcongress.com/2013/0 ... bosch.html
I have seen 12,800 rpm quoted but you will have to do your own research on that.

12,000 rpm is 72,000 erpm for a 6 pole pair motor which is 1200Hz. If you want the maximum rpm out of the motor you need to set the fmax to 1200. No doubt you will need some field weakening to get there.

I don’t need the 12000RPM, only need 4000rmp so need to set “fmax=400”, “throtcur=4” “potmin=1000” now when the release the throttle the motor stop immediately, when press sharply the motor start to “jump”

Yes you have fwcurmax=-100 so it will do field weakening. FW current always creates a little bit of torque and with an unloaded motor that results in it not spinning down. Will go away once the motor is loaded.
Find out lqminusld . No guide for this yet, it is scattered, e.g. here viewtopic.php?p=46915#p46915

Lovely, now the motor spining very well, just stuck on 2500 RPM and continue to 4000-4500 RPM, set “lqminusld=1.1“ but will make a final settings when the axel is on a car loaded, is there any other parameter need to be configure before go up the axle on a car?
