Model 3 front drive unit specifications

Hi All,
Does anyone have the specs for the model 3 front drive unit, or can post a link on where to find them?
I'll put them on the wiki then.
I'm mostly interested in the power figure and dimensions (or even a 3d model?) to decide on whether to look at using the front or rear for the next step of my project.
