Yes, Lars has done a good job at collecting the bits in one place to order.
I don't think TechStream is going to get you there, but I welcome any effort to make progress.
I have an i3 LIM for sale, with connectors and matching contactors, since I decided to go QCA700x.

I have both a CCS1 socket, and I bought ($130) a CCS1 nozzle kit, for trial fits. The nozzle has to clear the flap, after all, so mounting angle of the socket is important.
The socket is larger than the nozzle -- the CCS nozzle fits inside the CCS socket -- so your pic is misleading as to how well it will fit. Metal will have to be removed, I'm pretty sure. And I doubt the OEM flap latch will be able to remain where it is.

Re: Telsa LDU HV cables' OD
I just purchased a 2021 Porsche Taycan right charge inlet port via eBay; it is CCS1 and also AC 48A capable (base models charge(s) @ 11kw). On the Taycan, there are two charge ports, but only the right one does CCS; the left one is L2 only -- though 48A L2!
For any reasonable price I could only find Aliexpress CCS1 ports that supposedly can handle 40A+ AC, and I don't trust any of the sellers I saw; so many of the written specs are contradictory. Porsche parts I can reasonably expect to pass muster.

Re: Telsa LDU HV cables' OD
Software hacking will be something to look into for options.
Second option may be changing settings for a valet key using a key programmer that I already have.
Third I could design a circuit board module, possibly installed inside the drivers door that would allow remote control of just that one lock.
Forth, an example the Honda Ridgeline comes with built in security system, but if you add remote start.....
The only way possible involves removing the door panel and running 2 wires from the key lock cylinder through the door jam wire bundle all the way to the aftermarket remote start control unit under the dash.
So maybe as easy as installing remote start, locking the doors, use remote to "start the car" with doors locked and RAV4 in ready mode, we plug in the charger and walk away.
If someone opens the door the alarm goes off and car shuts off. If someone presses the brake, needed before you put the car into drive, the alarm goes off and car shuts off.
There is a nice viper remote start $195 at best buy. 1 mile range where the 2 way remote alerts when alarm is triggered. Two way remote also verifies if your car started or not. Remote start would be nice anyway to run the heat or AC.

The front charge port will be hidden with something similar to what's on my Honda.
I will 3d print in ABS black, place Toyota logos in it and cover with a clear plexiglass cover

Asavage,
If you still choose to add the CCS1 plugin at the original j1772 location....
This photo attached, shows screenshot from Damien's YouTube video.
His gas port looks like it's the same size as the RAV4 opening.
For now I still plan to use the front Toyota logo as my plug location.
Have you had any progress with your cables and junction box?

I've started a Project thread, instead of blogging about it over here in Tesla.
