Hello,
I live in South Africa, but this question is relevant to any person who lives in a country where EVs have not been sold in any quantity yet.
I can cobble together most of an EV stack from Prius and Lexus hybrid parts, or even ship in a leaf stack from Europe.
But where do I get batteries? Are there any scrappers who ship globally? All of the battery-for-sale posts I see here or on diyelectriccar state pick up only or domestic shipping only.
Where do the rest of the world get batteries? Topic is solved

I can ship to where you like. The issue is price/costs. Lithium is special goods shipment.

I just saw this reply! Thanks EV_Builder, I’ll PM you to find out what it actually costs.
