Hi Steve,

Thanks for posting these! FWIW, you can sign up for a Hyundai Service portal account here https://service.hyundai-motor.com/ and if you pay them 15EUR for 24 hours then you can access a lot of service info including harness diagrams and module pinouts (under the "ETM" section). The site doesn't have anything inside the EPCU, it's a black box for external repairers, so no IGBT gate driver pinout. But they do have the main EPCU pinout of the big connector.

Did you make any progress with the Ioniq inverter? I just bought a wrecked Kona that looks like it has a very similar or identical EPCU stack in it. Currently working out what my plan is for that...

Here's the pinout list for the external EPCU connector on the Kona. I think it's the same as the Ioniq, the internal photos look very similar as well:

Using the same numbering as your diagram - rows 1-4 and columns A-Q where P & Q are the fatter wires.

The plug is FCI (Aptiv) PPI0001500

Some work-in-progress: Got an Ioniq EPCU on the desk and will document what I find out here: https://github.com/uhi22/Ioniq28Investi ... ontrolUnit
Conclusions for now:
- the pinout description above from FerrySteve has inconsistency at the pin numbers of the CAN bus.
- in contrast to the Kona pin description of projectgus above, the Ioniq does not have the third CAN populated.
