Intermittent failures
Hello. I ask for help from the forum, I have collected a board for my project, the circuit is in the application and sometimes I encounter malfunctions, but they do not occur often, these failures lead to periodic through current and if the engine turns, it is not possible to unwind, there is a floating of revolutions, then this problem disappears as if it did not it was, and the engine accelerates normally and there are no failures. Re: Intermittent failures
Circuit diagram is pretty much standard openinverter and there is no known problem like that. Could it just be an issue with encoder or gate driver connection?

Re: Intermittent failures
Yes, the circuit is very similar, but there are a few differences, quartz is connected through a 2k resistor and the 60 pin is not at minus, but through a 10k resistor, if this cannot be the cause, then it looks very similar to the problem with the encoder, because the reason disappeared last time after I twisted the same one the same encoder from one engine to another
