DBC file for Isabellenhütte IVT-S?

Post by clanger9 »

Is there a DBC file available for an Isabellenhütte IVT-S? The spec sheet says there is one, but I haven't found it on their website.

After getting nowhere with CAN on a cheap Arduino Due clone, I installed GVRET and SavvyCAN (like I should have in the first place) and it Just Works. Very impressive! Now all I need is a DBC file to make it easy to read the IVT-S data.

Once I've got it fully working, I'll post a guide on the wiki...

Here is one I made that contains the default channels the IVT-S sends out. There are a bunch more that are interactive that I didn't add as I don't use them. You should probably rename the extension to .dbc as I had to change it to .txt for the forum to allow me to attach it here.

The default CAN output for my unit was 500 kbps, 11 bit and Big Endian but I think you can specify different settings so dont take that as gospel.
