T15 switching on the E46 vs E60, is there an bug ???

Is this a mistake? The status of the T15ingition on the E46 changes when switched on, but not on the E60?

E60 is CAN based, E46 is based on physical inputs.

CAN bootloader add the ability to also flash bins over CAN
