First Inverter Start Error

Post by GrapeNuts »

Hello,

I'm receiving an error when I try to start the inverter for the first time. When I attempt to use the web interface button "Start Inverter in manual Mode" or when I issue the start 2 command the inverter has the following error code in memory:

[16190]: STOP - MPROT

Sometimes other numerical values are present, but the text of the error is always "STOP - MPROT". I assume this error is indicating the inverter has halted due to a fault "motor protection".

The instructions call for connecting pins 11, 13, 17 to 12v before issuing the start command. Perhaps I have not connected the correct pins because of the mirrored connector. To be sure are the pins to be connected IN_REV, IN_FWD, and IN_BRAKE?

Thanks!

Attaching diagrams for Hardware v2.0 and v1.0. IN_MPROT, IN_EMCYSTOP and IN_FWD needs 12V.
