150 volts when i accelerate the motor keeps on running and doesn't stop

So i have a VCU i bought from a friend , my problem is that with 150 volts when i accelerate the motor keeps on running and doesn't stop , how do i fix the problem i am having ? also my 2nd question is i want to know about the regenerate brake ?

Offset is not correctly set.
