With the welded modification made so MG1 and MG2 turn in unison, what are the thoughts on coupling the protruding MG1 splined shaft with the transmission for a RWD vehicle? Does anybody have measurements for the length, breadth and height of a GS450h transmission? Info from XP677 in response to question asked previously : Overall height (oil pan to top of bellhousing) is 39cm. Bell housing is full height, i.e. 39cm diameter, when the transmission is sitting on its oil...
