Just curiously was the bms powered at this point when you connected the cell taps? That damaged 30kwh had something similar but wiring was untouched. I assume previous owner connected cell taps while unit was powered.In my case I was the ic that fried.

Nothing on 22kwh just yet but now have a fluence ze pack too that I can use to test with Zoe. Also have a line on a 40kwh pack so intrested in seeing what has changed from a can perspective.

Hi strange issue here. Updated the software on my v1 board yesterday(compiled from master on github) I did update as normal and then it just stopped at 80%. No problem pulled power the did tweezers across c12. The board then accepted the update and finished. Only issue is now it doesnt show any para...

Don't know the purpose but if your just after pack voltage soh and such an obd port wired up to battery connector will allow you to use leaf spy pro in bms only mode.

I have a PHEV Niro im working on at the minute ill share part numbers next weekend. Pack is split into two parts master BMS on top of rear pack and contactor parts on side of pack under seats. There is a different number on the board and looks like some components but might just be different revisions , I'm comparing the two beside each other at the weekend and if the same will just send to dealer for obd bms update and I'll just record the can on the obd

It seems to only happen at midling voltages . , I checked a cell voltages before driving car a couple of hundred meters , the noticed some has started to swell and voltages were still normal enough. I think some of these cells don't like being upright and electrolyte as fllowed down.

Hi Mike is most likely correct , those circontrol units have only been installed to replace an existing 2x22kw ac charge point so far. As far as I know they are all subject to load balancing hence the 6kw 3 phase socket. Yes it does 2kw per phase I am not making this madness up.

For rear two boxes , I seem to have 20ish bloating or starting to bloated. That means about 20% bad.Admitedly one cell bank sagged substantially and tanked a few others.
