are there any bi directional CCS charger on the market right now? and which cars support it?

I am thinking about to get one or two modules
EVR500-15000C 15KW

is there any place to get controller for that?
my goals is the same as in main post - get external ccs charger powered by 3phase 400V

I know, but we have new chargers here, and some guy - charge 52V battery pack without problem
