Just got a reply from Johu for a similar question. In the files for the community board for the Nissan Leaf there are some files with extensions for Freecad. .FTC I think.
The files you found may be the same as the ones I found.

I have not been able to find the layout files for the "nissan leaf adapter board" in any of the Github accounts I have located.
JOHU's github account has a lot of layouts, but as for the adapter there is no schematic or board files there.

I see the schematics for the Openinverter ( aka Zombieverter?) are available. Are the pc layout files also available?

Interested in generating boards since we cannot get them shipped to the US.

Any other method of getting boards here?
