Thanks Isaac I just flashed with SDU Macro parameters and the motor now spins up freely. The current limit fault still popped up but I think were on the right track. Very happy

Jon were you meaning the settings I dont quite understand the question sorry.
Isaac IACMAX is set to 5000 so well and truly above. I did bring this down to just a few amps and was able to see an increase in motor speed as I increased it until about the 5 amp area ...
