Getting DESAT error when trying to do FOC tuning (probably the same error as before). I now have access to Techstream to trouble shoot.

Connected up the encoder to MG2:

IG 6C 12 when ignition is on
STB 5C 12/14v while inverter is starting up then drops to ~1.5v. Didn't seem to change when a/c was turned on. I'll verify when my pack is changed.
