I did replace charger because it broken due to lack of cooling. So EVSE fuse blown problem solved.
Now EVSE get kick in and all charger modules activate but still not charging.

Well I don't know what I'm doing wrong since i've changed the parameters before with Putty. I can use "q" to quit but for some reason I can't change anything. It won't accept any typing or commands except "q" I know it's something I'm doing wrong just can't figure what it is. An...

Right side inlet socket first two pin of Tesla charger is short. I think that the reason fuse blowing.

I am using Tesla Gen2 charger with Damien logic board and also using Tesla EVSE wall charger gen2.
When I give power to Tesla charger instantly the Tesla EVSE wall charger fuse blow up.
Firmware showing no fault.
What could be the reason.

Did try with UDCNOM =0.
Motor does not spin.
No any error code store.
Main contactor engaged sound is different than before I’did not check precharge relay circuit yet.

1.Main contactor close at only UDCSW =0 while battery voltage is 365 V. If I put UDCSW =10 contactor does not close.
2. Tesla SDU Motor spin very fast when pedal just engaged . Pedal signal voltage is Fine 0.7 v to 3.8 v. So pedal does control speed.

USA single phase 240 volt supply.
V5 board , I did try two Tesla charger 1014963-00-C and 1014963-00-K.
On both cases EVSE kick in but dc voltage showing 0, Not charging,attached screenshot.

I update firmware and it’s work no more currentlimit error.

Both contactor close first one on power on and second one at start signal.
With or without Hv Derate error current limit and also error throttle1.
But could be the possible reason.

As my question was about Pilot signal voltage is 3V. Actually on further testing I found out as I turn on the
12 V supply to charger it supply drop to 3.8 V. What could be the reason.
