Yes, the Can jumper is soldered and I have verified it is a good solder joint.

A bit more information. The board is not outputting any of the required voltages on connector A. No "OUT2 - AC present" on pin A1, in other words. A6 has nothing either. Thanks, in advance, for any suggestions you can offer. I am also experiencing the same situation. The control board is ...
