Don't tell anyone, but I'm circumventing those rules by using a 50+ year old car, which is exempt from all checks... no mot needed etc.

For a newer vehicle I would go for the waiver where you use all ev components from a single EV donor (like the entire leaf stack).

I do have some experience with the leaf "ecosystem", but did not know the leaf pack and bms were supported by the zombieverter!
This (and the fact leaf packs don't go up in flames easy ) makes the choice much easier, Leaf it is!

Thanks for your reply, but 60Ah from a set of batteries at 360 volts will become 120Ah at 180 volts. You're thinking of KWh => 360volt x 60Ah = 21kwh = 180volt x 120Ah
