Re: Outlander PHEV A/C pump
the image of the compressor connector in the first post is not very similar to reality. it can be interpreted both straight and upside down. it looks like a drawing of the return connector from the wiring side. therefore, the question with the picture is: did I understand the pinout correctly? The dc/dc itself inside this unit is very small. approximately 30x10x7 centimeters. The weight is about 1.5 kg.

In Russia, its price is no more than $ 30. I do not know about you. here is the part number to search for and the appearance.

Re: Tesla SDU in Fiat X19
.... I figured I could use one of these 36-12v dc-dc converters tapped into 3 out of 5 of my modules. I still can't understand why you don't take a very cheap affordable pdm from Nissan leaf gen 1, opening it you will get 4 contactors and one compact dc/dc for one and a half kW output, gives ideall...

Re: [WIP] Leaf to VW Type 2 Campervan
why are you subjugating yourself with this huge, clumsy PDM? take a small compact dc/dc from the pdm leaf gen1, and anything else as a charger. you can use a Tesla 3, you can use an outlander, or you can simply charge the battery through a power inverter in conjunction with the motor, if it is contr...

Can someone with some knowledge confirm this is from a Leaf? Even better would be some height dimensions! It seems to have all the connections you’d expect to see. 277BBA9C-20A9-4219-93AD-B1EDE385B1DC.jpeg EBay link https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/256610955705?var=0&mkevt=1&mkcid=1&mkrid=710...

Re: Parameters for SDU
I did considerable work tuning the SDU. I posted a set of parameters here that I deemed to be a good safe starting point: https://openinverter.org/parameters/view.html?id=27 There is also another (I believe more aggressively tuned) version that posted here: https://openinverter.org/forum/viewtopic....

what phases have you changed programmatically? 1 - 3 , 1 - 2 or 2 - 3 ?

Re: Outlander rear motor and inverter
Hi. Yes, there is one significant edit. The HV signal must go through a divider of two 3.3 kOhm resistors. Otherwise, the level becomes too high after about 330 volts and the v3 board is not able to fully measure. I soldered two resistors directly at the input of the measurement wire, through one si...

Re: LDU is an eternal mistake hicurofs2
I did not find the reason why the old board did not work, I just have one set of connectors and it is difficult to transfer them every time. I'll shelve it for later. The new board works perfectly and the motor has the agility to jump on the spot from acceleration at a battery voltage of 51 volts! N...

Re: LDU is an eternal mistake hicurofs2
The version in the pictures has the dedicated clock chip so it will always produce a clock. Newer board versions branch off the STM crystal clock so only work when some firmware is running. They don't have ic7 will the board LDU V6 version have advantages over the one I have now? Is there no point ...

there are 0 volts on the old board in these places.
on the new board, at two points near the ic 13, 1.89 volts each. I'll check it out at ldu today. Thank you.

Re: LDU is an eternal mistake hicurofs2
to be honest, I didn't understand anything. my knowledge of electronics is much worse. I can measure the voltages at the points that are indicated to me, I can solder any wire to any place or transfer it from one board to another chip, I can cut any car into pieces and use welding to reassemble it. ...

I probably found the problem thanks to a randomly read description from Damien by mistake OverCurrent )) at the diagnostic points I have 0 in one place (there are no current sensors, after all) and at the other point there are 3+ volts!!! IMG_20240917_214705.jpg I'll look for where they came from.

Re: LDU is an eternal mistake hicurofs2
I applied 12 volts of power to the board and measured the voltage at two points near the connector of the current sensors. there were 0 volts. While on another board (not programmed!) There are 1.9 volts in these places! Could this be a problem or is it just because the board is without firmware? IM...

LDU is an eternal mistake hicurofs2
I bought a sports LDU, and a few years ago I got an O.I. board for it, and all this time it was waiting in the wings. now I have both a power plant and a replacement brain. but I always get this error regardless of whether the high voltage battery is connected. at the same time, the state of the inv...

hello everyone! Can I also ask a stupid question?
Can this device work with a hall effect current sensor? or on a regular 75 mv shunt?
Isabella's shunt is very expensive, it seems to me, in order to be accessible to the masses.

problems when trying to order a v8 sdu board in jlcpcb
Hello everyone. maybe I'm asking a stupid question or in the wrong place, correct me if I'm not. Functionality is the same, just a different wifi module and some changes for easier manufacturing. Keep yours and upgrade the firmware Hello Johu, please tell me, if you place an order for the manufacture of a board, what is the difference between V6 and V7? I understood about the V8, another Wi-Fi...

Re: Going from 4WD to 2WD with the touch of a button, what is the correct approach
It may happen...... if not in ECO mode (Sports Mode) give an aggressive acceleration profile. But the question here is, can this be done? the OI inverter board have this capability? Yes! I also had a desire for an eco regime and I asked somewhere. Johu told me to use the bms input! when +12 volts a...
