I am going to be adding temperature monitoring of the generator winding's, because at present they don't have that.

i put the sensor inside high temp spaghetti, and tied it to the original winding's, then coated it with a special winding's varnish.

The Toyota Camry Hybrid AVV50R aluminum die-cast frame holding the top PCB is stamped with 035A not 035B as per is300h inverter. But i can't see any differences at all between the two.

Jack, I understand from the video, that part you showed is called a shim according to the manual, it goes underneath the sprocket driven and counter drive gear (pg 22-22 of the Toyota Repair Manual 2004. Volume 2-3.0).
