Re: Did I blow it all up

The udc, I am able to change the gain/offset to get the contractors to fire, which then send voltage, which results in and overvoltage error. Then adjust the gains to make ready and close the dc/sw and she goes into run mode. If I then press the throttle the motor will do 1 turn and drop the voltage...

Re: Did I blow it all up

Hey Bratitude, So I opened her up, dug around, no sign of damage. I've gotten a response from the motor now. When I power up I get full voltage and all but my readings fluctuate all over the place. I believe I've done the voltage calibration correct, but its never been proper in my opinion. When my ...

Did I blow it all up

So in the ongoing saga of me becoming slightly less stupid. I managed to get my motor spinning quite nicely, and had everything moving along. So of course I decided to route and tidy my wires, and close the lid to my inverter. Reconnecting my HV cables I was careful to check + and - and then double ...

Re: Need new approach to LORESAMP

As is always the case, WIRING. That being said. I'm free of errors, but no spin yet. Will continue the troubleshoot. Thanks again.

Re: Need new approach to LORESAMP

Thank you for your response. I did not realize that the FOC was the necessary version. I'll start there and then double check the signals with my AC multimeter as well as my cheap oscilloscope, which I'm not terribly experienced with. I appreciate your response, as well as your efforts in this whole...

Re: ZombieVerter VCU Support

Thank you Jack Bauer. I want to say, thanks to the rather deserved statement from you, I pulled up my hig boy panties and went after all the data again. I wish I was smart enough to clarify why what I did worked. Despite a very clear statement from the inventor, I used STlink and and earlier firmwar...

1959 MGA conversion with Nissan Leaf Gen 1 in but not on

Hello all, I've been lurking here for awhile. Trying my hand at a ridiculous endeavor. I'm squishing a 2011 Nissan leaf into a 1959 MGA. I've gone the route of Damiens Zombie verter. I currently have things loaded into the car, but am having issues thus far. Problems which I still am yet to overcome...

Re: Leaf spline coupler

I'd be extremely interested in one of these. I'm a new user do I can't direct message, but if you can DM me I'd appreciate it. Very nice work.
Looking forward to putting it into a 1959 MGA with Gen 1 Leaf. My first electric conversion project.
