You can give the contactors a couple whacks with a hammer or screwdriver handle and they should pop free... should.

It sounds like you need to send frame ID 0x3b then fill the data frame with 0xb3, 0x05, 0x00, 0x90, 0xff, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00 LIN is funky if youre used to CAN. its a master/slave setup.
