O-ring + make a gasket = almost a guaranteed leak. Best to make sure all the o-ring grooves and bores are clean and not scratched. Use new o-rings. It looks like 0x620 is the current reading. You could try send 0x3D on byte 0 of ID 0x411 to reset to factory default settings, check CAN ids at this point and then initialise as before.
