I specialize in IT, attended University for Electrical Engineering, and moonlight in model railroading and classic Jaguars.

My wife's daily driver is a 2017 Audi A3 eTron Sportback. Apparently, the car has an iBooster Generation 1, so I'll be doing some CAN logging to figure out its configuration and firmware. It would be nice to upgrade it from the 7.7 kW charging to something a bit quicker, or even DC charging to be able to make use of the Ontario enRoute ivy charging systems.

My current project is the electrification of a 1979 Jaguar XJ6L with the Lexus GS450h drivetrain.

• L110 Toyota Engine
• Lexus GS450h inverter
• Tesla DC-DC Converter

For the most part, I need to keep the stock vacuum system to run the brakes and stock Delanair Mark II Climate Control A/C vacuum servo system until I can retrofit electrical servos.

2023-March:

- Fabricating the engine loom for the inverter to the transmission.

- Outsourcing the mounting of the Lexus GS450h transaxle into the transmission tunnel of the XJ6L in place of the Borg-Warner 65 transmission, as well as the driveshaft.
