This fully populated SMT board replaces the OEM logic board to allow you to take over control over the small drive unit. It is tested before shipping and programmed with the latest software at the time of order. An appropriate set of parameters is also programmed and parameters that do never require changing are hidden.

The board has various analog and digital inputs but can also be fully controlled via CAN.

The kit includes matching connectors for the Tesla™ small drive unit (SDU) inverter. It requires soldering to fit the latter. This is not a beginners product, you need fundamental electronics knowledge to use it!

As an optional extra you can order the MLX current sensors so you don't need to desolder them from the stock Tesla board. They just pull out of the gel.
