This kit replaces the motor controller board of a Nissan Leaf™ Gen 2 inverter. It allows higher power output and introduces all features of the openinverter firmware. See this video on how to swap.

The brain board is programmed with the latest software at the time of order. The parameters are already preset for operation of the Leafs motor and inverter.

The main connector to the outside world (seen in application example above) is NOT included as it is not available on the free market. You will have to desolder it from the original controller.

This replacement board has been reported to achieve 136kW with the stock hardware and achieves a 0-100 time of 6.7s in a Toyota GT86.
