Interesting snippet from the latest Rich Rebuilds video (here) where an ex-Tesla service guy says The Right Stuff from Permatex (here) is used to seal the Tesla battery
Also shows a neat trick for using rubbing alcohol to smooth the gasket

I have full access to the Tesla service manuals, but they are in all Java so it's a pain to download everything.
If someone has a way to fish thru and download the java manuals i'll post them up.
Model s, model 3, roadster, model x all years.

There are so many different circuit diagrams...
They even have videos showing some body repair procedures.

There is a web site that has most of the info for the S & X if someone does not want to down load the manuals .

For information - I noticed the official Tesla Electronic Part Catalogue (EPC) is freely available - all you have to do is resister with an email.
