Can anyone tell me whats going on with my board.
This is the second time this has happened,
What do the status LEDs mean, When powered up,I know the wifi red is on, On the main board there was one solid red and one flashing red,
The flashing one is off now, just the solid one is on, all thou I can access the web browser there are no settings shown now, like the file is corrupt now
I have tried to upload the firmware again, but the board wont take it,
On the web page it says to press the reset button, but I dont see it.
Can anyone help ? why does this keep happening ?

Connect a USB uart adapter and see if it prints "2D" at startup. If so, use the updater.py script from https://github.com/jsphuebner/tumanako- ... bootloader and flash a bin file. If not you really need to resort to a JTAG programmer provided you haven't killed your STM32 somehow. Does it get warm?

Re: LED Status Not showing any config settings
Yes it did does get warm especially the inductor got very hot, I have had the inverter case grounded to to neg of the 12v battery, I had to disconnect it as the board was shorting out.
I disconnected the ground lead, there is 5v on the casing . Is that normal?
Things stared going wrong when I started to connect up the pre charge contactor, The V3 board was "pulsing" the contactor so I fitted a smaller relay to active the contactor.
Have I fried the board?

Re: LED Status Not showing any config settings
Yes it sounds a lot like it. Well, not the board, just the STM32 on it (and the ULN2003). Are you able to replace it?
I noticed the ULN2003 can take the MCU down with it when shorted out or grossly overloaded

Re: LED Status Not showing any config settings
I Might just order anther one from you, dont think I can, never soldered any surface mount
Any ideas what might cause it ? why was the board shorting with the ground connected.
have been reading about fly back voltage from DC relays, Do you think that have any effect or are the boards protected from that.
