Stock first gen PSA (Peugeot Citroen group) electric vehicule with fast dc charging and flooded nicd batteries.
Getting tired of the 27hp motor and the old nicd battery pack (12kw new) that has a few dead cells so i can't drive anymore.
Looking to get more pawa! and range with a leaf swap or something fun by getting parts or better a salvage car.
We will see...

1 year later i find a leaf battery, i am interested in swapping the motor also.
I am thinking of gettin the complete swap and wiring, remove all the wires i don't need, or use the options
available here.
So how much hp can you get with a can vcu on leaf motor and stock inverter?
I know the replacement board allows for around 200hp that is not bad.
Do i need modifications to use the stock leaf dc charger?

The VCU allows for the stock 80 kW. The drop in board allows like 140 kW. I remember some youtube video where someone ran the charger and DC/DC converter.

yes to be able to use the complete motor/inverter/charger unit would be the goal i can't find a video where all works.
The ResolveController does control all of that but is a bit expensive for my budget.
And to get 300hp like the guy with the crx would stronger igbt's be all you need to change
