Newbie here, but I've spent quite some time trying to find the answer to this issue.
I have:
- G1167-30020 Oil pump controller (bought on ebay from Europe, without connector) connected to
- 56010-HRA050 oil pump that I acquired already attached to
- 30910-30030 transmission.
Wiki docs (https://openinverter.org/wiki/File:Conn ... 312483.png)
show an 11 pin connector, but my controller only has 7 pins.
The two large pins are obviously the Grnd and 12V+, but the other pins are not numbered, so I don't know where to connect "Oil Pump PWM" from pin 30 on the Zombie VCU.
Can anyone confirm please?
Also, I am getting 5V and 1.05kHz on the Pin 30 from the VCU in run mode, does that sound correct? (Google seems to think the controller operates at 250Hz).
(Zombie VCU appears to be talking to the Inverter and the transmission with no errors so far.)
Thanks
GS450h Oil Pump Controller Wiring?
Re: GS450h Oil Pump Controller Wiring?
So after some more digging I'm clearer that pins 8, 9, 10 and 11 are missing from the male side of this connector.
https://openinverter.org/wiki/File:Conn ... 312483.png
So Pin 6 is clearly the PWM input from the Zombie VCU.
Can anyone clarify the pinout from the VCU?
From this diagram it appears to be Pin 30 (although it also says PWM IN?)
https://openinverter.org/wiki/File:Zomb-con-et2.png
But I also note PWM1 (from Pin 7) can be set to GS450Pump.
I have tried both options (VCU Pin 30 and VCU Pin 7), but the oil pump whines and beeps. I can't hear the pump running or oil sloshing.
When throttle is applied the rotor tries to spin but jerks and fails, but I'm assuming this is because the oil pump isn't running.
Any help appreciated.

Re: GS450h Oil Pump Controller Wiring?
?!? the oil pump has nothing to do with the spinning of the motor directly.
Pinout info on the gs450h page https://openinverter.org/wiki/Lexus_GS450h_Drivetrain
You also need to configure the pins of the zombie to provide the required pwm, you then also need to configure that pwm.
Pins you can use, oil pump pwn, pwm 1, 2 or 3 https://openinverter.org/wiki/images/7/ ... inout2.jpg
https://openinverter.org/wiki/Zombiever ... pot_Values info on parameters.
If you are having issues spinning the motors please post more info in a new topic with info on your setup wiring ect.
