Planning EV conversion project

Hi. Im new to this forum and EV conversions but eager to learn and have good knowledge in embedded systems and the communication part.
I'm now considering to start an EV conversion project and would like to do a conversion of a truck with a mid mounted motor similar to Electric Supercars Hilux build. https://youtu.be/90j8cAmypuc?si=zTnaDXZOIs_JBt62
My research so far has led me to the following setup.
Please let me know where you think I might be off or should choose different components. This is mainly compiled from the open inverter wiki and I understand that there are a lot of more systems that need to be sorted out like assisted braking, steering, heating and cooling etc.

My research so far has led me to the following setup.
- Motor, Tesla model 3 rear with EVBMW inverter board
Battery, X number of Model S battery modules with model 3 BMS and open inverter BMS controller.
PCS, Model 3 PCS with open inverter PCS controller
VCU, Zombieverter
DC charging, Focci or BMW LIM?
