I need temp curve data for Chevy Volt gen1 battery thermistor values. Does anyone have either data or thermistor model or PN?

tnx Arber

No that is not Volt Gen1 battery sensors

I just got one sensor from a friends Gen1 battery.

I connected my Fluke multimeters temp probe and measured three stable temperatures
It seems as this is 10K NTC thermistor with a sensor B = 3450 K
Temp... value
10degC 18K
18degC 13,2K
32degC 7K4

Using AI friend i generated this table for B = 3450 K

T(°C) R (kΩ)
0........28.9
5........23.0
10.......18.5
15.......14.9
20.......12.2
25.......10.0
30.......8.25
35.......6.87
40.......5.73

DOH, that was the inverter IGBT thermistor sorry.
The Steinhart-Hart model gives better accuracy:

Here is the website that generated those parameters: https://www.thinksrs.com/downloads/prog ... lator.html

Tnx

I had to get the real thing so i could be sure which comparative sensor i will buy to replace it in this VW Cupra battery. I am not sure what kind of sensor is in there. I need a way to test the OEM VW sensors inside the battery too. Thanks for the model.
