Hi yall, new here but not new to custom cars and custom electronics ( worked for a pump drive manufacture and have done countless ice engine swaps.)
I am starting an ev project, I would like to use the Nissan Leaf Ev Motor.
I have seen there is lots of discussion on spline adapters. Some using a Clutch disk centre, custom manufactured part, Oem transmission input shaft or the Solas WR014H spline holder.
It seems the Clutch disk option is not ideal, but can work if assembled ( use to with opposing pressure)
Has any one used the Solas coupler? It seems easily available.
I know Brat industries manufactures a custom adapter the cost is just a bit too high currently.
Thanks!

Re: Nissan Leaf Solas Wr014H
The solas clutch tool will fail, just use the input shaft from tbe orginal gearbox.
