Orion BMS2 charger safety and charge power signal issue

We have procured the ORION BMS2 system for prototype testing and validation purposes.

During our bench-testing phase, we are externally charging our 108s battery pack using the ORION BMS2. In our setup, we have connected the Always-ON (green wire), to a constant 12V supply, and Ready and the Charge Power to 12V via a relay. However, we have observed that the BMS is not sending the Charge Power = 1 and Charger Safety = 1 signals on CAN Message ID: 0x800001.

We have reviewed the configuration and confirmed that there are no active trouble codes reported in the BMS software. Given this, we are unsure whether we are missing any specific preconditions or setup criteria required for the BMS to issue these signals.

Your guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated, as it is crucial for us to move forward with our validation phase.

Looking forward to your expert advice.

Use the configuration tool to debug first.
Does the live text info show it is receiving charge power? Charger Saftey relay need to be configured, can also be checked on the live text info.

Hello dear , we have connected the BMS , ready power and charge power to 12V+ and GND to 12V- , CAN H and CAN L is connected to CANdapter.
In BMS Utility software , Inside Live Text Info , Is-Ready Power Status is showing "ON" but Is-Charge Power Status is showing "OFF".

What can be the issue or something we are missing out?

As the manual says , supply 12V to Charge Power and BMS will enable charger safety and charge power ON

There is your first problem you need to solve.

Where is the always on power?

Ensure you are providing 12V on the correct pin. if it does not show it contact the seller of the Orion 2.
