Problem uploading files to Wiki

Hi,
I'm trying to upload a picture to the wiki for an MG4 Shifter page I'm creating.
Upload fails with:
Could not open lock file for "mwstore://local-backend/local-public/c/ce/MG4Shifter.jpg". Make sure your upload directory is configured correctly and your web server has permission to write to that directory.
