(WIP) Rover P6 conversion

I am planning to convert my 1969 Rover P6 2000 automatic with the help of the team at Electrogusto in Sydney. They are doing the mechanical and electronics work so I’m not quite sure whether I qualify to post in open inverter but here goes.
We are considering Lexus transmissions to power the rear wheels through the existing driveshaft and trying to decide between gs450h and gs300h. Apart from the 300 being a single speed unit with less weight and no need for external oil pump they seem very similar but there doesn’t seem to be much published experience with completed projects using the 300. GS450H is the front runner as it seems like the tried and true option but the car is quite small for a 4 door sedan so the gs300h would fit a lot better in the transmission tunnel. The weight saving would also be a bonus. At this stage can anyone tell me whether a 4 door sedan like this will cruise at 100kmh using a gs300h? Does the process of connecting the gs300h to an inverter differ in a major way to connecting a gs450h? Any other thoughts or suggestions?
Other info: Diff ratio 1.54, tyre diameter 615mm, current weight 1300kg. Aiming for 150km range including highway driving at 100kmh. Drag coefficient unknown (but not low). I made a scan of the engine bay and transmission tunnel.
(Note: for some reason opening it in blender gives millimeters as metres. Also the tunnel cross sectional measurements are a bit overestimated because it’s scanned from inside the car as the original transmission is still in place).
