I have uploaded a quick guide to throttle pedal calibration to the Github as it is becoming the most frequent question I get asked :

Shouldn't it be "get pot" instead of potnom? Potnom is the scaled value of the pot between 0-100.

You can just map the throttle to the graph and find the min and max that way. Plus you can check what sort of travel versus signal you get, like is it linear or exponential or something funky.
