Hi,
I know there is a wiki and some threads about the wiring of this converter, but they all seem to be in regards to the multi-pin connectors coming out of the big box (which I won't be using).
Do the pink and black wires coming out of the converter together go to +/- HV?
Also, there is a terminal on the other side that was connected to a bus bar in the housing and I haven't seen reference to this anywhere online yet.
I found this quote in a thread:

"Connect a 12 volt battery to the output, supply a high voltage to the input, supply +12 volts to the blue wire. That's it, the output will be 14 volts."

It sounds like the blue wire gets 12v, but I am confused as the what is meant by "connect a 12v battery to the output".

Upon looking at the large connector which I believe is F11, and using the wiring diagram, all of the colors are different. They must change going out on the male end? Following the 4 wires coming out of the converter, according to the diagram, the only wire that has a signal name on the connector is the blue/yellow wire. It's looking like I just need to hook up the pink/black to HV, ground the case to my 12v battery, then hook the blue/yellow up to the + on my 12v battery. Anyone have any ideas if this is correct? Thanks!

It just means you need to connect Aux battery to the 12V output stud. Without it you can get voltage swings at the output or DCDC simply wont start.
BTW... where do you connect the 12V Aux negative? It also needs to be connected.

Thanks for the response on this! Ok, so the stud in the first image is 12v Aux positive? I was just assuming that the 12v Aux neg was the case, and grounding the case would solve that. Not sure though. If I am just using the converter to charge my 12v aux battery, then it sounds like all I might need to do after connecting HV is connect that 12v battery positive to the stud, blue/yellow wire to the 12v positive, and ground the case?

Hm... if there is no obvious GND bolting then yes possible bolting the complete DCDC to chassis will take care of that connection.
Yes the isolated stud on the side is 12V output. You need to connect that to aux battery to have a stable operation.

If i remember correctly you can command PWM voltage via pin11 as well
